We are sorry customer Brian is dissatisfied and more than just a little disingenuous. True the first carrier assigned arrived on Memorial Day weekend and decided he could not fit Brian's VW Bus. Bummer. However, we responded to Brian immediately via email over the holiday weekend and assigned a second carrier the first day back (Tuesday), who successfully delivered his VW Bus yesterday. But Brian disingenuously does not mention that, does he? We wish Brian well.
