Terence's review is very strange and a tad suspicious because nobody writes a negative review several days before their vehicle is ready for pick up. It seems like it was his intent from the beginning, so maybe Terence is a competitor? Today is May 13th and Terence didn't make his vehicle even available until May 18th. Is that odd or what? Kinda like complaining about your flight to Hawaii a week before you leave.
Regardless, we told Terence that we are very clear about our process, which works extremely well, and that we are canceling his order, if it really was an order, and refunding his deposit immediately so that he may go harass somebody else.
