We are very pleased with the service Direct Auto. Our first contact, with Direct , was very customer service friendly. Our contact was knowledgeable and offered correct answers to all our questions. We are in our middle 50's and thus going through "middle life crisis"!! and decided to treat ourselves to sporty little cars. We also decided to semi retire in Arizona. We received 3 transportation quotes and could not believe the vast difference in quotes: ie: $1200 to $1500 copared to $750.00. Our GMC was shipped first and given the excellent service, we had no hesitation to ship the little cars. Our drivers gave us ample time to arrange pick up/delivery. Ron, Auto Logic ( subcontractor) was professional and very wonderful.
We would without hesitation, use Direct Auto again.
