Process was smooth. Met driver who loaded the car and in 5 days it was delivered to us across country. Pick up and drop off were both less than a 1/4 mile from locations. Only complaint is driver window was left down so interior of vehicle is dusty, but I’d take that over a 1500 mile drive in winter.
