I had a vehicle transported from the West Coast to the East Coast. Everything went as planned and as explained online, in a timely manner. I would recommend using Direct again. Customers should note that pick up and drop off might not occur in a urban/suburban neighborhood - the transport vehicle needs a large area to access. For me, it was Lowes parking lot less than a mile away, which was explained to me in advance via text from the driver.. So plan to arrange a ride to/from pick up and drop location.
