I had one conversation with Heather from Direct Express Auto Transport, and she thoroughly explained the entire process to me. They assigned me to a carrier within a few hours, which I receved an e-mail as well as a phone call from the carrier: Energy Transportation. From there I spoke with Lucy on multiple occasions, and she was very on top of keeping me updated with exactly when the truck would arrive for pickup, as well as asking me to confirm addresses and directions.
They picked up the car exactly on the date and during the time frame I asked for (which was within 2 days of when I booked with them). Picked up on Thursday afternoon from Houston, and dropped off in Phoneix Arizona (early by 30 minutes) on Saturday Morning.
The car was in excellent condition (same as when it was picked up) - only got rained on and was a little dirty, but that's expected for an open transport.
This is my first time transporting a car, and I was shocked at how painless and pleasant the experience was. Price also extrememly reasonable, and no surprise fees. Just note that the driver needs to be paid the balance in cash or money order.
