My journey with utilizing Direct Express Auto Transport starting with relocating to Florida! At first we were going to drive from NYC to Florida, but in speaking some more about the drive, my mom suggested shipping the car down instead. We have never done this process before, but the 1,241 miles, just seemed too daunting, so off I went to Google to find a company that could provide this service. I really liked that Direct Express Auto Transport's website was extremely detailed and informative, not only about shipping the car, but also other aspects of moving to another state (specifically Florida). I liked that Direct Express received such great reviews overall. To be transparent, I read the negative reviews (which were extremely few) as well. The FAQs section of the website really helped me to solidify choosing Direct Express because everything that I was concerned about was answered.
When I called I spoke with Dina who was very helpful, paid attention to detail, courteous, attentive, and reassuring. She shared the process from start to finish (car pick up to car drop off) and explained all the steps with such clarity. Thank you Direct Express Auto Transport for doing such an outstanding job from start to finish. The drivers Dwayne and P were amazing as well!
