The process is made easy by a straightforward and intuitive web interface, then made seamless by a responsive e-mail communication process notifying you that the request was received (thanks Jessie!). Within a day I had a truck assigned (Rapid Transport). The carrier was highly professional and took really great care of my vehicle. Suffice to say, this was the most positive and easy transport experience I have ever had and Direct Transport will definitely be my go-to when it comes to transporting a vehicle in the future. On top of it all, the prices cannot be beat!
