Driver kept us waiting at home for 6 hours then postponed until next morning.
When he showed up he told me he was supposed to transport a 460 Lexus GS Sedan
Not our SUV which couldn’t fit on his truck.
The woman at Direct Auto who I called didn’t
Seem to care that we had to wait 6 hours nor
Believe me when I told her they had misheard me. ( no such thing as a Lexus 460GS Sedan). Her only reaction was to charge another $145 for the SUV.
We found another company Montway that
Was $71 cheaper then direct auto.
Stay away from DIRECT AUTO!!
