Some years ago we had transported our car using Direct Express Auto Transport and we had a good experience . Once again in May of 2019 , we transported our car using the same company from Austin are in TX to the San Jose area in CA. We reserved online, but called a couple of times to get clarifications as well. The folks on the phone were to the point and very courteously answered questions and this made us very comfortable about the process. A car transport company was assigned just one day after the car was available and then everything worked in a very smooth, organized way with regular updates using emails , phone calls, and SMS and the driver delivered the car as promised. We very much appreciate the excellent service . The pricing is competitive. We highly recommend Direct Express Auto transport
