I was on a tight schedule due to travel plans that could not be altered and Direct Express made arrangements that allowed my car to be shipped very promptly. In fact the car was transported the evening on which I made the call. The transport service was helpful, kind, and delivered the car in record time (by the following evening). I am very impressed by the service you provide especially as the cost was at least $75 cheaper than any other company I contacted.
