I placed my order with Nicole, upgraded to the middle tier of options, and my vehicle was picked up the next day. Not only was my vehicle picked up the following day of scheduling the appointment, it was delivered that evening. The move was from Missouri to Illinois so I anticipated a next day delivery. Much to my surprise and appreciation, I got my vehicle in one day. Don’t bother trying to save a few dollars and waste your time getting multiple quotes. Direct Express is the Team to use. Their pricing is on par, their chosen drivers are well trained, and you can’t ask for better customer service.
