Everything went very smoothly. Purchased online using the estimator tool -which I loved. Got a bit nervous as I left for work travel a few days before the first available pick up date without a phone call from the team. Sure enough they called my Fiance and showed up on time to pick up our 2 Mazdas. This company wasn't over the top expensive, I would say in the mid range ~$1250 for 2 cars from Austin to Atlanta. The customer service was very patient and accommodating over the phone. The only strange part of the process was the driver didn't speak any English, he was plenty nice and handled our cars with care just couldn't communicate outside of google translate. Pick up and drop off dates where perfectly executed (not the norm in this industry from what I have read)I would use them again.
