Tried using another service first but getting a truck assigned to pick up car was taking longer than expected. I opted to choose extra for the highest priority and was assigned a carrier the next morning for WA to CT. Carrier was J&M out of Florida and although they didn’t provide any type of live tracking or updates along the way, they arrived a day earlier than was originally estimated. Driver contacted me the night before and we decided on meeting behind a local Target store to make unloading easier and to avoid residential streets. The morning of drop off driver contacted me when he was 15 minutes out and when I met the car was already unloaded. I paid cash and everything was finalized on his phone with signatures and emails entered so he could email a receipt and a full pre/post inspection report. When viewed online there were several photos that were taking on original
Pickup with every possible mark or scratch noted with yellow circles on the photos. All descriptions were very accurate. Driver was very polite/professional and efficient with the whole process. Will definitely choose Direct Express Auto Transport to assist with any future auto transport needs . I realize they use several different carriers but my experience was flawless either the exception that it would’ve been nice to track the cars progress as it was transported. Thanks for the great service you provided me.
