After searching the internet for an auto transport company to ship a car from Alabama to Arizona, I decided to get a quick quote from Direct Express Auto Transport. The quote form was very simple to fill out and I received an immediate response with a very good price. I was looking for a quick ship because my daughter needed a vehicle since her car had been totaled. I received a call from the driver stating that he could pick the car up the night before I had requested if that was possible, but not a problem if the car was not ready. It was a husband/wife team that met me to pick up the car. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional. I had requested an open carrier, but they showed up with an awesome enclosed carrier, what a bonus. On the delivery end they had called my daughter to check when she would be available and then called again within the hour of delivering the vehicle so she did not have to wait around all day long. I would most definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport for anyone looking to transport a vehicle. The service I received from them was prompt and courteous. The car arrived in perfect condition, no problems at all. This was a very good experience.
