I thought all the work filling the paperwork out (online). Waiting to be assigned a driver, speaking with that driver regarding a pickup date, and finally watching the driver load both cars was as professional as I was hoping it would be. A great job to this point. The cars arrived in short fashion, great, But I was told the cars would be kept at a storage lot (paved) and secure. That's where I was not happy. A dirt lot with a ton of wrecked cars. Not my idea of a clean environment. We picked the cars up and found no damage. I probably will use Direct Express again.
