Direct Express- Auto Transport Made Cheap & Easy

As for many of us, the whole auto transport issue is a big deal. All the quotes, the phone calls, the mails, affordability, etc. I didn't know where to start. I went on line and emailed over 10 different companies. I needed to transport my car from Philadelphia, PA to Houston, TX. The second to cheapest was Direct Transport. I received a quote for $625, allowing upto 100 lbs of cargo in the trunk. The cheapest was under $600 but it only allowed for upto 50 pounds. I had alot of books to ship over so the more I could pack in my car, the better. The next higher quote was $700. The first phone call to set up the whole thing took less than 10 minutes, no waiting time, just straight to a live, friendly customer representative. I don't recall her name but she was very friendly and helpful. I called on a Tuesday and said I'd receive emails and a phone call concerning my car's pickup time. I received a call on Thursday from Eduardo, the driver. He said he was able to meet me either that evening or the following day. He arrived at my home on time and the pickup went very smoothly. He was very respectful and friendly. The car left Philadelphia on Friday morning and arrived in Houston the following Sunday afternoon. Now that's fast service!! I was notified that the car will be arriving shortly, again it was on time. The car is in Houston, the exact same condition that i loaded it up in, along with my cargo that saved me about $300-500 from shipping them seperately. My ID number is 54036. Hands down, Direct Express made this whole experience easier than expected for an affordable price. Thanks guys!!
