I was in a bind when I found Direct Express and Ashley took my call, explained how the process works and answered all of my questions. I told her I was gathering information and would then call back. I called a few other places but none matched her customer service. I put a deposit down after she addressed a few more of my concerns, as I was nervous about shipping my car (Porsche 911)
Well, the truck driver was a very friendly car guy, I watch as he loaded it on to the truck with extreme care and when it was delivered 4 days later is was exactly as I had left it. I would 100% use their service again.
