Scheduling my car move was very easy with Direct Auto express on their website. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I called on scheduling the carrier.
Carrier was quite responsive and easy to work with for scheduling.
Car was delivered as per plan and all the checklist and bill of lading was electronically done and easy to review. I would use Direct Express again if I have to ship my car.
