I requested transport information from other companies by requesting a quote from them on the internet. I received 100's of phone calls and e-mails from drivers high pressuring me to use them. A few weeks later I called Direct Express Auto Transport and spoke to Sarah. She assured me that I would not receive phone calls or e-mails from drivers. Sarah said that the ONLY person that would call me would be the driver. The driver called me the next day and told me he would pick up the car in Orlando on Friday (2 days later). Driver picked up the car as promised on that Friday. Driver told me the car will be delivered in California on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. The car was delivered on Wednesday (one day early). I thought that transporting the car from Florida to California would be a nightmare after all of the things I read. Using Direct Express Auto Transport was a breeze. Car got to California a little dirty, but that is expected. Would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again.
