This is the first time I have had a car shipped and the service and information flow between Direct Express and me as the customer was outstanding. For a variety of reasons, I had to twice postpone the pick-up of the car. Direct Express had no problem with that and moved my pick-up date with no issues. Technically, the pick-up was late, but it was on time in the sense that it was within 24 hours of my desired date (one day later). The driver called both the pick-up party and myself and let us know what the pick-up and drop off plan was. It was absolutely seamless. One final point: Direct Express quoted and charged me a rate that was $170.00 - $120.00 cheaper than two other quotes I received from different companies. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend using Direct Express.
