Direct Express Auto Transport set me up with a carrier (Buya Transport) and my vehicle was picked up on the first day I had listed it as available. That was fantastic. After that point however, there was no communication from the carrier (Buya Transport) even though I called several times, left two voicemails, and a text message. They (Buya Transport) finally replied to my text message and gave me the driver's phone number but only after the driver had already contacted me, late in the day on the expected date of delivery, telling me he could drop off the car the following morning. A day late isn't a deal breaker but some notice would have been nice as I had scheduled my weekend around the car arriving on the expected delivery date. Overall, Direct Express Auto Transport did their job perfectly and Buya Transport got the car to me, with a muddy driver side footwell, a day late but still without any hassles. A temp floor mat like they use at service stations would have been nice to have tossed in the car so it didn't get muddy.
