This entire process went smoothly, and exactly as described. The carrier was assigned within a few days of the pickup date, and the final cost was provided at that time - and actually was a little less than initially indicated. The driver called me on my cell phone a couple of days before the car was scheduled to be picked up, and asked if he could come by early - as he was in the area. He was very polite - and made it clear if it was ok and that an early pickup would not inconvenience us. Turns out what it was fine, and he came over the next day and loaded our car for transport a day early. He got it back to Ohio in 7 calendar days from the pickup day, and was very communicative and professional. Overall, the entire process was flawless.
