We are sorry customer Courey France is annoyed. We notice Courey France received her vehicle three days after it was made available. That is outstanding service Ms. France. And that was a dropped call Ms. France. The representative you were speaking to (we looked it up) is unflinchingly polite. As for the driver, Ms. France, an hour late is kinda normal in the trucking business. We wish Courey France the best of luck.
