I was skeptical about using any transport company. I looked online and noticed great reviews for this company. I didn't believe the reviews. I called and the customer service rep was polite and straightforward about what to expect. I still was skeptical. I paid to have my transport expedited. Never thought they would deliver it in that time. I was prepared to be upset about it taking longer than it should. Wow was I wrong. A few hours after I placed my order... someone picked up the car. 3 days later it was delivered. Well within the 1 to 4 days advertised. Excellent service and Direct Express did exactly what it said it would do: Deliver!!! Very satisfied and will share with others who need their car transported. And I would have still said every word without an incentive!
