I admit I was nervous shipping the car that distance, but the representatives kept me in the loop and provided reasonable expectations. They picked up the car within the range they quoted and delivered when they said it would. I contacted customer service for an update halfway through the week and they responded very quickly. The driver was very courteous and personable, and called me back to keep me updated on an arrival time. Scheduling online was very easy/user friendly. If I had one complaint, it was the expedite charge to pick up faster. It was an additional charge and not just a bigger down payment of the total (which was how I read it). That could have been more clearly indicated, but I was already paying less with the up charge than other carriers had quoted me. Overall, I would definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport for others needing this service.
