The same day I requested the pickup for my car online, a truck was assigned to me within hours. I contacted the assigned carrier who wanted to pick the car up the same day. Within a couple days the car arrived on schedule in Florida. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided by Direct Express Auto Transport. Also, I had a number of companies advise that giving a deposit was a "bad" idea for a number of reasons, but in my case the whole process was seamless. Also, had a number of companies tell me that the quote from Direct Express provided was too low and the chances of my car being picked up at all was slim. Again, my car was picked up within hours of the request. Base line, don't believe some of the scare tactics by other companies that want outrageous fees. I'll definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again. I was given an incentive to write the review, but regardless It would have been the same 5*.
