We were very pleased with the service and the car arrived without any sign of having been hauled across country. The employees at Direct Express were knowledgeable and helpful. The truck driver was clearly experienced and easy to work with. My assistant found Direct Express online along with multiple transporters and thought that Direct Express appeared to be the better company to use.
