Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Customer April would not release her car to our 1st driver on Dec 29 in Arizona, which inconvenienced him greatly. April then created a short two day window stating that she could not release her Ford Escort until Jan 13th, but demanded that it be in Texas by Jan 14th, a ridiculous timetable. When told that she was out of line, that it does not work that way, April tried paying our 2nd driver (yep, we assigned a 2nd driver) directly and cut us out. Rude? You bet. Her choice of words in which to express herself should tell you plenty, which fortunately is now captured on the internet with her full name and town. Because we ship thousands of cars monthly, it is inevitable that we encounter individuals such as this.
We wish April better luck in all her future endeavors.
