This was my first time to transport a vehicle. Kelly was very professional and answered all my questions concerning the procedures involved in shipping a vehicle. After I decided on Monday to use Direct Express, my vehicle was picked up in Alabama on Thursday and delivered in California the following Monday. There were no problems at all during the entire process.
