Volkan and Cemal were great, they were held up due to weather, distance and nonrunning vehicles. They also had to deal with other people who were not on time for the pick up. They kept our vehicle safe. They traveled through treacherous weather and terrible traffic but always stayed in constant contact. Thank you,
