Operating system is well organized, no pressure, and committed to excellent customer service. The up front price estimate without requiring any personal information was a large plus to me and my confidence that the company was legitimately willing to to business in a fair and honest format. They do a great job of covering concerns regarding delivery company being separate, and also insured.
