The transport was assigned to an Indiana firm, that kept in contact with both ends of the shipment at all times. We knew exactly when to expect the pickup, and the delivery, and were able to reach the driver at all times by cell phone. He did a great job with both the pickup and delivery, and our old VW van arrived in great shape. I'll use Direct Express Auto Transport again
