I was nervous about shipping my newly purchased GTO because I had previously arranged for shipping with another company and there were a lot of issues – which led me to find AutoTransportDirect.Com (Direct Express) on the internet. The car did not run, which was a problem for most companies as they wanted to significantly increase the price whereas Auto Transport Direct charged a reasonable additional fee. My GTO was picked up in Florida and delivered to California on time. There was zero damage and no issues. The items (car parts) I placed/shipped in the trunk (which most companies would not allow) were undisturbed and exactly as placed when shipped. All of the Auto Transport Direct staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable and the e-mail notification was very helpful. The driver was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful and it was obvious my GTO was well cared for.
An amazingly carefree experience – I will definitely use AutoTransportDirect.Com if/when I need to ship a car in the future.
