I was very pleased the service from start to finish. Pick up and delivery were both very prompt. We had to reschedule the pick up (that was on us) and Jessica at Direct Express Auto Transport was super helpful and courteous. This was my dream car that I purchased and had shipped. The driver (Demitri) was also very courteous, knowledgeable, competent, and accommodating. The pricing was up front and reasonable. There were no hidden fees. The car was picked up promptly and delivered promptly. My Viper was delivered in the same flawless condition that it had be loaded in! I defiantly would use again, and recommend Direct Express Auto Transport!
