Our outstanding record and hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry customer Kelsey Weber is dissatisfied. She was complaining throughout the process because her personal schedule as a flight attendant created problems receiving in Tampa. She was not allowed to pay with a personal check and perhaps that added to her angst. We wish Ms. Weber lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
