I was very happy and pleased with Auto Direct Transportation from the time I contacted them on the phone through until the time my car arrived in St. Louis from San Diego. I liked that I was able to get a hold of them easily on the phone and all of my questions were answered even though I was able to easily access them on their website. I thought the cost was reasonable which is one reason I went with them and another very important reason I chose them was that I could cancel at anytime up until they picked up my car and my deposit of $150 would've been returned. I've shipped my car before and there's always a chance or circumstances which could change the situation and I liked this convenience of having the chance to back out. I might need to ship my car or another car again and I would definitely use autodirect and would recommend them.
The driver was also on time and very nice.
