I have never shipped a car before but Kelly explained the process and was informative. Valentin was amazing. He picked up and delivered on time. I don't know how he did it, frankly. But it was a stress free operation for me because I trusted Kelly and Valentin to do their jobs and they did them well and if I ever know of anyone who needs their car relocated, I will definately recommend Direct Express
