The total experience in getting my vehicle transported was great. The communications by the office staff and driver was first rate. There were no surprises and everything went as planned. I had used other transport services in the past and none compare with the excellent service I received from Direct Express Auto Transport. The fact that my vehicle was picked-up and delivered only 1 day after I placed my order is amazing. I will use Direct Express for any future transport needs.
