My truck was transported only a short distance, however the distance should not matter. An unpleasant experience can come out of any such venture. The people at Direct Express Auto Transport were fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful. I called them 3 times asking questions about specific things, and was never put on hold, never had to use a directory tree, or deal with an automated computer setup. The person who answered my questions was honest and quick and knew what they were talking about. The quote I was given on their website was the exact same quote I was given over the phone, and ended up being exactly what I paid for the final transaction. The transport driver was friendly, and helpful as he even helped me get the truck in a good spot AFTER he had unloaded it. My truck was undamaged and was secured properly during the transport. The driver was obviously a professional, and not just some guy that happened to own a trailer. It has been about 2 weeks since I Direct Express Auto Transport, and I have not received any spam, or unwanted contact. The only thing I have received was a brief survey of their service, and then a few days later an offer to write a review. I feel this is a great service and two emails I received after the transaction (the survey and review) were handled professionally and a welcome part of the transaction, unlike some businesses where they almost shove them upon you.

All in all, I am pleased with the service provided by Direct Express Auto Transport and have and will again recommend them to friends/family or anyone who needs a good auto transport service.
