Pick up was on time and the delivery is faster than I thought. Very polite operators and effective service. Will come back again and recommend this to all my friends who need to ship their cars. This was my first shipping my car. I saw the great reviews for Direct Express Auto Transport and I was sold! I contacted them using their online form for a quote and got a quote the same day a few hours later. I really liked how he wrote down all the details in that quote; everything I needed to know in one email! Quick response.
I needed to take my car from Champaign, IL to Arcadia, CA. I took the open carrier for my car, which is less expensive. I needed to have it shipped to california by the next week and they quickly found me a carrier from CA. And the carrier contacted with me promptly saying that they can get my car delivered by next Tuesday, which is three days after the pick up. I got my vehicle loaded in Champaign and it arrived in Arcadia on Monday!
Overall, I had a great experience with Direct Express Auto Transport. There was great communication throughout, and everything was done in a timely manner.
