We had our car shipped from Orange County California to Long Island New York and another car shipped from Long Island, New York to Orange County California. Both cars were in good condition when received. A little dusty from the ride but no scratches or dents. The only thing that was an issue was that the driver who did the transport from Orange County, California to Long Island, New York did not call us 24 hours before. He actually called us at 10:30pm and told us to have the cash ready at 7:00am the next morning, which didn't work for us. He was a little rude initially but then called back the next day and asked if he could drop the car off at a later time and it all worked out. Experience making the reservation was good. Would use again!
