I booked the pickup for our Jeep Wrangler with the expectation of having to wait a few days to get an assigned date and delivery. To my delight, I received a call the next day from the carrier letting me know he would have the vehicle in route by the next day. He called me when he was about 2 hrs from pickup time so I could arrange to have someone available to sign the paperwork. The only concern I had was that when he arrived he explained that he could not take the vehicle with items in it. We had packed a few clothes and other items we couldn't fit in our other truck. Prior to packing the Jeep, we did read the rules online about extra cargo and weight limits and that the cargo could not contain electronics, so we thought extra clothes would be ok. After discussion with the driver he explained that he could not be held responsible and that if, for any reason, he was pulled over for inspection while on the road that the contents could be subject to search. I told him that was OK and he graciously agreed to take the Jeep as is! He arrived in the time expected and communicated with me the entire time so I would know what to expect! Would definitely use the service again...One happy customer!
