I recently shipped my vehicle from Virginia to Texas using Direct Express. Having never experienced shipping a vehicle before I was concerned with coordinating pick-up and drop-off times all while coordinating other aspects of my move and also starting a new job. The vehicle shipping portion of the whole ordeal was by far the easiest and least stressful. The driver was excellent in communicating every step of the way, he told me exactly when he expected to arrive for pick-up and even accommodated picking my vehicle up at an alternate location. He did a thorough visual inspection of the exterior of the vehicle and made sure to load the vehicle carefully on to the carrier. The drop-off process was just as seamless and the vehicle arrived in the exact condition of when it was picked up.
Direct Express accommodated my schedule and most importantly stayed in communication with me throughout the process and eased any concerns I may have had. I would highly recommend this service for your auto transport needs.
