After spending 2-3 hours searching the internet and placing calls to no less than 20 different Companies, I decided to go with the "lowest" price, which happened to be the 3rd company that I had contacted. The initial service was exemplary! The communication was "specific", "relative" and "intelligible". From the young lady who took my order and help start the process - to the driver who delivered my vehicle, - - I am seriously "Impressed" with the SERVICE, the PRICE and the TIMELINESS of the total transaction. This was a TOTAL 100% A+++ PERFECT transaction! There were no "challenges", no "mis-directions", no "mistakes" and no "undelivered" promises. It is not my habit to leave such "Over-the-Top" reviews, however, this transaction and this company deserves every word of my praise! Don't hesitate to contact me to VERIFY this "PRAISE"...
The Price was almost 40% lower than the closest competitor...At first, this concerned me, however, the delivery, the service and the communication removed all such feelings...These people have the "secret" formula in their industry!!!!!
I have shipped six(6) vehicles over the past ten(10) years...I have used a different company each time.......THAT STOPS NOW!......The next time I ship a vehicle, the only company that I will contract with is : "-DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT-"
