The people at Direct Express were very helpful as they walked me through the transaction flow and accurately set my expectations.
While I had a short wait following the "first available pick-up" date, the Trucking company dispatched to handle my transport order was very attentive to detail, communicated locations and pick-up times proactively, and worked well with my daughter on coordinating the early drop-off.
We were quite pleased with the quality of the service that was provided and would use Direct Express again if the need arises.
