Although I received prompt services from Ashley, the customer service rep, I was not informed that the driver would not be able to deliver directly to the house - that arrangements would have to be made to meet the driver for the delivery of the car. The driver, Danny, called the day before and informed me. He was able to accommodate by finding the closest place to my home for delivery. This turned out to be only 5 minutes away fro my home.

This is something that should be brought to the client's attention by the customer service rep. No one wants nasty surprises!

Danny, the driver, was very nice and accommodating.
