Our experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was easy. I set everything up over the phone and before the end of the day I knew who would be transporting our vehicles. The driver contacted me a couple of days prior to pick up to let us know when he would get the cars. He arrived the day he said but was 6 hours late, not by his own fault.
Our only complaint is the vehicles were delivered in the dark and were so dirty from all the salt on the road that we couldn't assess any damage appropriately. Here we are 6 days after delivery and we have noted several rock chips to the front of one vehicle and on that same one, the side wall on our front tire has a HUGE gash and needs replaced. We haven't reached out yet to Direct Express or the transport company about this, so we aren't sure if it's too late to file a claim since we accepted the cars in good condition.
Overall, we are happy with the experience and would used Direct Express Auto Transport again if needed.
