Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service. The truck was there to pick up my vehicle in Champaign-IL only 3 days after the day I said it would be available, and then had it ready for me in California (Bay Area) 4 days later. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Pickup also went smoothly. The driver called me when he was getting close and we arranged the details from there. The car was dusty on the outside, but no more than it would have been had I driven it myself. There was no damage at all. Based on my experience, I would definitely use this company again in the future.
