These are brokers and they will find the best carriers for you. Online reviews prompted me to change a carrier and they did it with no issue. They did a great job making me feel comfortable that the car was going to be safe.
I was able to call the trucking company and then in the last 24 hours was in touch with the driver every few hours to schedule the arrival.
The price was very reasonable given that it was covered transport.
